Obtaining a Lease Estimate and/or Lease Approval is a simple few minute process.
Lease Estimate - Call us at (812) 923-4120 and ask for a Sales Representative. He'll explain the "lease to own" options and give you an estimated monthly payment instantly over the phone.
Lease Application - Click on the "Lease Application" button below and print out a copy of the form. Complete the application in about 15 minutes and then fax or email the form to our attention. If you prefer that we do the pencil work, just call us at (812) 923-4120 and we'll complete the form for you over the phone. You'll receive lease approval details in 1-2 working days either via fax or email. If you are in a hurry to arrange your lease and receive your ScreedSaverTM we'll forward the contract to your attention via overnight delivery.
