Many of our customers have offered screed head design suggestions that they felt would increase their efficiency and improve the quality of their work.  We always appreciate the "experts" feedback and we've listened and acted on those suggestions.  Our new screed head tooling is complete and the result is significantly improved screed head performance.  Thank you for helping us improve!

Our new design includes two cutting edges and an extended floating blade for improved finish results.  In addition we've increased the head height by 50% and added a curvature plow to the cutting side of the head which will decrease overflow and/or hand raking when concrete is dumped too high. 

This one piece extruded aluminum screed head offers many advantages.  Its' light weight, thus allowing 5 minute change out times as you swap out 8 foot to 14 foot variable length heads for varying site conditions.  In addition it is now a continuous piece of aluminum resulting in less parts, more even vibration distribution and longer life. 

Last but not least, we've modified the machine screed frame to allow operator rotation of the screed head angle of engagement, thus accommodating expected and unexpected variance in site and concrete conditions.
